HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
To make a reservation, click the vehicle that you wish to rent. This will take you to the reservation request page that will ask for your contact and billing information and the dates that you wish to reserve the vehicle. When you have completed this information, hit submit, and that will start the reservation process. At that time, you will receive a Reservation Request Email and one of our customer service representatives will be reaching out.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR INSURANCE?
If you are a U.S. citizen that has car insurance that covers you for driving different vehicles, you will not need additional coverage. We will call your insurance provider to make sure that your policy covers you for the rental and is in good standing. We will help their international customers obtain insurance coverage for the rental period.
WILL I GET THE SAME VEHICLE THAT I RESERVED ONLINE?
Yes. Our live calendar guarantees that the vehicle that you selected during the reservation process will be the exact vehicle that you receive on the day your rental begins. We are very proud of our ability to provide our clients exactly what they want in an exotic car rental.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RENT?
If your insurance is in good standing, we will allow clients age of 18 to rent a vehicle. However, an underage fee of 15 percent of the rental value will be applied to the overall cost of the vehicle. Please not that
DO YOU OFFER HOURLY RENTALS?
No. We require that all of our rentals be at least a 24 hour period. This helps our clients avoid penalty charges. If our clients must have a shorter rental period, we ask them to speak with one of our customer service reps.
WHY DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Due to the extremely high cost of the vehicles we offer, it is our policy to take a refundable security deposit for all of our rentals. The deposits are the same as the 24-hour rental price for that particular car. They can range from $299 – $2499 depending on the vehicle rented and level of insurance you carry. Rest assured, this is refunded in full once the vehicle has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected. If there are any additional mileage charges or minor damages, they are billed from your deposit and the balance is refunded back onto your credit card.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 48-hour grace period for customers to cancel their reservations from the initial transaction. Afterwards, if the reservation is canceled seven or more days before the scheduled rental date, there will be no penalty. Cancellations occurring in less than seven days from rental date will be penalized with a fee equal to $500.
BUT I HAVE INSURANCE. WHY WOULD YOU BILL ME FOR DAMAGES?
We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they go out on rentals – sometimes customers curb a wheel or scratch a front bumper. These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the car is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you can of course make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.

All our vehicles come with automatic transmission. Additionally, many are equipped with paddle shifters that are simple to use. If you need any guidance or have questions, your sales representative is here to provide a demonstration.
CAN THERE BE MULTIPLE DRIVERS IF I RENT A LUXURY OR EXOTIC CAR?
Yes, each additional driver must be over the age of 21 and must provide us with a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance.
HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN A DAILY LUXURY OR EXOTIC CAR RENTAL?
24 Hours.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A TICKET WHILE I'M DRIVING THE CAR?
The renter is responsible for all tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession. The renter is responsible for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs.
CAN I DRIVE MY RENTED VEHICLE ANYWHERE?
Rented vehicles may not be driven outside the state without prior written approval.
